Michelle’s journey to Knight HC Financial began after graduating with a BA in Political Science and Economics from Evergreen State College. With a solid foundation in administrative and financial principles, she honed her skills at a CPA firm before finding her way to the warm community of Austin, Texas, where she has since made a significant impact at Knight HC Financial.

At the core of her responsibilities, Michelle manages the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything from finances to client onboarding runs smoothly. Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to industry compliance have set new standards within our firm. Beyond her operational duties, Michelle’s sweet spot lies in her support for payroll processes, bridging the gap between accounting and external payroll partners with ease and efficiency.

Outside the office, Michelle champions causes close to her heart, actively supporting St. Jude’s and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Her dedication to giving back is a testament to her character, both professionally and personally.
